Slaughter and May heavyweight Andy Ryde is retiring after 35 years at the firm, having acted on some of the biggest deals in the U.K. elite firm’s corporate practice during his tenure.
Ryde, who joined Slaughters as a trainee in 1987, was head of the firm’s corporate and M&A practice from 2014 until 2022.
