Latham & Watkins partner David Blumental has moved to Simmons & Simmons, where he will head the firm’s energy and infrastructure practice in Asia.

Blumental is a well-respected lawyer with 24 years of experience advising on cross-border energy and natural resource transactions and on projects spanning traditional energy and infrastructure as well as renewables, emerging technologies and other energy transition and related environment, social and governance (ESG) matters. He has extensive experience representing both Chinese and international clients.
