Doneene Keemer Damon—immediate past president and a director of Richards, Layton & Finger—is to serve as the law firm’s chief diversity director, effective immediately.
In her new role, Damon will focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, including through the firm’s diversity and inclusion committee, the diversity and inclusion network, the women’s initiative and the wellness initiative.
