As law firms adjust to the post-pandemic period, many are revisiting their needs for space and amenities in their quest to attract people back to the office.
Dechert is no exception. In December, the firm’s Paris office moved into new premises that are smaller than its old digs, even though head count—70 lawyers plus staff—is roughly the same as it was pre-pandemic.
