Two of the most prominent lawyers in Montreal’s startup ecosystem have left Fasken Martineau DuMoulin to join the emerging and high-growth companies group at Big Law rival Osler Hoskin & Harcourt.
Christian Jacques and Jean-Nicolas Delage launched Fasken’s EHG practice in 2010 and said they were at a point where their growth and the increasing complexity of their clients’ needs required the support of a bigger team.
