Perkins Coie is absorbing a 12-lawyer New York boutique focused on emerging companies and venture capital work, another sign of Big Law competition growing in the Big Apple.
Perkins Coie’s combination with Kluk Farber Law, which includes 12 attorneys and six business professionals, is meant to be the cornerstone of a firm buildout aimed at expanding its emerging companies and venture capital practice onto the East Coast, the firm said.
