Paul Hastings is adding private equity and infrastructure M&A partner Frederik Mühl in Frankfurt, according to someone with knowledge of the move.
Mühl joins from Clifford Chance, where he had worked since 2008 and had been a partner since 2017, according to his bio on the firm’s website. He is expected to start at Paul Hastings in June.
