Taylor Wessing has renewed the lease on its current London home, opting for more space as it sets its sights on a refurbishment.
The firm has agreed a renewed lease for 175,000 sq ft of space at its current address, 5 New Street Square, effectively taking on an additional 22,000 sq ft of space—equivalent to one additional floor, according to a spokesperson for the firm.
