Jones Day has announced new leadership for its corporate practice just days after news broke that its longtime M&A leader James Dougherty is planning to join Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Andy Levin and Randi Lesnick, based in New York, and Vica Irani, from London, will lead the firm’s newly structured corporate practice, which includes M&A and private equity sub-practices, the firm said in a Monday announcement.
