When Law.com International broke the news that U.K. listed law firm The Ince Group had appointed an administrator this week it was both predictable and surprising.

Predictable because Ince has suffered so many problems in recent times that it was obvious the firm would struggle to recover. Cyber attacks, management team scandals, leadership changes, share price tumbles, consecutive delays to publishing results, partner departures, delayed profit distributions… The list goes on.
