Katten Muchin Rosenman is jumpstarting an ESG risk and compliance practice, naming former Kirkland & Ellis partner India Williams and six-year Katten veteran Johnjerica Hodge as co-heads of the new practice.
“Katten is making the concerted effort of creating this group not just for the headline-grabbing work of racial equity and SEC investigations,” Hodge said in an interview. “India and I have this view that is shared by Katten leadership that there is an ESG perspective in every sector for every client.”
