Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has hired White & Case partner Jon Bowden in Singapore as the firm continues to build out its office in the city-state.
Bowden spent close to eight years as a partner at White & Case in the firm’s M&A and private equity practice group and before that was an associate at Linklaters. He has a total of 18 years of experience advising financial sponsors and corporates on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate finance transactions, Freshfields said.
