The Ince Group’s former CEO Adrian Biles incorporated multiple companies with the ‘Ince’ name on Companies House in the days leading up to the group’s collapse on Wednesday, filings show.
Biles, who was removed as a director of the firm in September 2022, registered the companies Ince & Co Legal Limited, Ince & Co U.K. Limited, Ince & Co London Limited, and Ince & Co Law Limited on April 10 and 11.
