Eversheds Sutherland has joined other members of the Confederation of British Industry in severing its links with the trade association, according to a statement from the firm on Friday.
CBI, which claims to represent 190,000 firms, suffered a slew of member exits on Friday, following news in The Guardian of another allegation of rape from a former female employee. The claim alleges the assault took place while the former employee was working at an overseas office.
