For the past three years, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott and former Philadelphia partner John Pauciulo have been embroiled in legal proceedings stemming from a raft of illegal activity perpetrated by the founders of cash advance company Par Funding.
Yet those proceedings may soon be coming to an end.
