When Dentons targeted Latin America for expansion nearly a decade ago, it set its sights early on Central America, a region often overlooked by international law firms.
Those ambitions led to discussions with Costa Rica-based firm Muñoz Global and a 2016 deal that would also bring bases in Nicaragua and Panama.
