Cooley is adding firepower to its ESG advisory practice with the arrival of Beth Sasfai, an 19-year veteran of Verizon, who most recently served as its chief ESG officer and senior vice president of corporate governance.
Sasfai joined Cooley on Monday as a partner in its public companies practice and the head of its ESG advisory practice, based out of New York.
