Canadian M&A lawyer Kate McGilvray has been elected chair of Lex Mundi, the largest international network of independent law firms.
McGilvray is a partner in the Toronto office of Blake, Cassels & Graydon, the 89th-ranked firm in ALM’s Global 200. She has served on Lex Mundi’s board of directors since 2020 and previously held the positions of secretary and chair-elect.
