International law firm Bird & Bird has hired a corporate partner-led team in Sydney, marking its third lateral partner hire in Australia over the past month.
Chris Clarke joins as a partner from Australian firm Watson Mangioni, where he had been head of the corporate & commercial team since 2017. He brings with him special counsel Aaron Chan and associate Carl Ritchie.
