Baker McKenzie’s former Belgium head, Daniel Fesler, has left the firm following a probe into allegations of racism at the firm’s local offices.

In a statement sent to Law.com International, the firm said it had conducted a thorough review of the events described and issues raised in an email sent by a Belgium-based black lawyer to staff at the end of last year.
