The senior partners of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling have embarked on a series of roadshows of each other’s firms to field questions ahead of a proposed merger, on which partners at both firms will vote in October.
Speaking to Law.com International, A&O senior partner Wim Dejonghe said that he had presented to Shearman partners, with Shearman’s senior partner Adam Hakki presenting to A&O partners.
