States continue to expand their antitrust enforcement efforts, taking on high-level cases against big tech companies alongside federal enforcers, a partnership Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser said has reached a “historic level.”
“This is truly an equal partnership,” Weiser said Tuesday. “It comes from a place of respect, where we’re being listened to, we’re at the table, and we have the ability to litigate independently if we need to.”
