TV journalist Don Lemon sued Elon Musk and Musk’s X Corp. for fraud and breach of contract after Musk unexpectedly scrapped an exclusive content partnership deal with Lemon in March.
Lemon, best known for his 2006-2023 tenure on CNN, filed the complaint on Thursday in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of San Francisco. He is represented by Carney Shegerian, founder and attorney at Shegerian & Associates. The complaint alleges fraud, negligent misrepresentation, misappropriation of name and likeness, breach of express contract and restitution and unjust enrichment.
