- Two partners in a Houston law firm accuse a third partner of trying to rip off all clients and staff and want a court to intervene.
According to the petition and application for temporary restraining and injunction orders, partners Anthony Pusch and Gerard Pusch, with a combined 55% interest in Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm, are suing partner Chi-Hung “David” Nguyen for breaches of contract and fiduciary duty.
The petition also seeks a court order for an accounting of the business assets and a winding up of the law firm by judicial decree.
