DLA Piper has opened a foreign legal consultancy in São Paulo that will advise Brazilian and international companies on U.S. law matters related to cross-border work.

The office is anchored by partner Bruno Soares, who the firm hired from Allen & Overy in February. He will have support from two other Brazilian partners who recently came on board in the U.S.
