The aviation entrepreneur who sued Dechert over hacking allegations has accepted the international law firm’s offer to settle the portion of their dispute playing out in London, which includes £3 million in damages and likely many million more in costs, a representative said Friday.

A representative for plaintiff Farhad Azima said that fees in the matter were estimated at £11 million, acknowledging the actual figure was due to be assessed in court, bringing the a potential payout to $15 million. But a spokesperson for Dechert disputed that amount and said the reasonable costs have yet to be determined.
