Weil, Gotshal & Manges and DLA Piper have advised Japan’s global marketing and advertising corporation Dentsu Group on the completion of its acquisition of U.K.-based global content production group Tag Worldwide Holdings Ltd. (Tag) from global private equity firm Advent International.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed, but the transactional value is estimated to be 533 million pounds ($678 million), according to the Guardian.
