Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison are advising on JX Nippon Mining & Metals Corp’s $950 million sale of a 51% stake in Lumina Copper to Lundin Mining Corp.
