A London-led team at Sidley Austin has picked up a role advising the Australian company set to save failed British battery maker Britishvolt.
Recharge Industries, an Australian-based lithium-ion battery manufacturer, alongside its parent company, U.S. investment firm Scale Facilitation Partners, have been announced as the “preferred bidders” in a statement released by administrators EY.
