Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, together with Big Four Japanese law firm Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, are advising Mitsubishi UFG Financial Group (MUFG) on the listing of $5 billion worth of U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
MUFG’s latest bond deal value surpasses its four-tranche $4.5 billion note listing in Luxembourg last July.
