Fenwick & West capital markets leader Jamie Evans joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe on Monday, based out of Seattle and Silicon Valley.
Evans practiced at Fenwick for about 15 years, where he was the co-chair of the capital markets and public companies group. He has advised on some of the largest public offerings for Facebook, Google, Peloton, Fitbit, Compass and others. He has also represented top investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Evercore.
