Move Over, New Yorkers. South Florida’s Top Real Estate Buyers Are Now Coming From Elsewhere

South Florida will soon see a change in where its new residents are coming from, according to a report by the Miami Association of REALTORS® that shows more international interest and a shift in interest from states other than New York and California.

International interest in South Florida’s real estate market comes mainly from Colombia, which had the most global web searches for Miami homes in September.
