Milbank, Trilegal, J.Sagar Associates (JSA) and AZB & Partners are advising on Singaporean sovereign wealth fund Temasek Holding’s $2 billion acquisition of an additional 41% stake in India’s Manipal Health Enterprises.
Temasek is boosting its shares in Manipal Health, one of India’s largest healthcare providers, to 59% by acquiring the controlling stake from U.S. private equity firm TPG and India’s sovereign wealth fund, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF).
