Linklaters has fielded a cross-border team to advise German telecomms company OXG Glasfaser GMBH and its shareholders, Vodafone and Altice, on the major financing behind a fibre-optic network roll out.
The financing, of up to €4.6 billion, will allow the network roll out to seven million German homes, according to a statement by Linklaters.
