In a bid to step up its appeal to global investors, China has launched its new Swap Connect program, a mutual market access program between mainland China and Hong Kong for the trading of over-the-counter derivatives.
Linklaters, alongside its joint operation practice in mainland China, Zhao Sheng Law Firm, advised the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) on the new platform.
