Latham & Watkins, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal are advising on Adani Enterprises’ $2.5 billion follow-on public offer (FPO), the largest of its kind in India’s history.
Adani Enterprises, an international trading house dealing in coal mining, cargo handling and power generation, is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and owned by Asia’s richest man, Gautam Adani.
