The case started off as a quiet-title action brought by a trustee 20 years ago. In the time since, seven judges have ruled on the litigation over the million-dollar property. And now this partition action is one step closer to resolution as Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal adds clarity.
The dispute hinged on who had the right to access a house with three owners, who each held a roughly 33% stake.
