Gide Loyrette Nouel has advised Air France-KLM on the issuance of €1 billion in sustainability-linked debt to help the airline repay its government-backed support package from the COVID-19 crisis.
The debt, in the form of two tranches of notes or medium-term debt, is the first such issue in euros in the airline sector, according to the firm.
