Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Hengeler Mueller are advising on a €1.5 billion ESG-linked financing deal in Germany.
Hengeler advised German chemical and distribution company Brenntag SE on the €1.5 billion syndicated credit facility, while Freshfields advised the banks on the legal aspects of the funding.
