A line-up of top French and international firms, including Bredin Prat, Weil Gotshal & Manges and Gide Loyrette Nouel, has advised on the sale by CVC Capital Partners of its stake in the French insurer APRIL to KKR & Co.
The deal is a rare bright spot in a European M&A market that has been dampened in the second half of this year by high interest rates and unpredictable capital markets.
