VINCI Airports has assumed its 40-year concession of Cape Verde’s airports which has the legal support of Linklaters, Orrick, PLMJ and Deloitte.

In its first airport concession in Africa, the French company has taken over the operations of four international airports and three aerodromes in the archipelago. Over the next four decades, the concession will involve an estimated total investment of more than €900 million paid by VINCI to the state of Cape Verde, according to Portuguese law firm PLMJ.
