Davis Polk & Wardwell’s London and New York offices have advised Israel’s fourth largest banking group on its $800mn senior notes offering.
London partner Reuven B. Young and New York partner Michael Kaplan led the firm’s corporate team advising Israel Discount Bank on its first-ever international bond issue, one of the largest offerings by an Israeli bank.
