Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has advised the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority on an operation and maintenance agreement with a subsidiary of New York’s New Fortress Energy that aims to improve the island’s spotty electric service.
Vinson & Elkins advised the winner of the 10-year contract, a San Juan-headquartered unit of New Fortress called Genera.
