Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeal has weighed in—again—on a dispute that lawyers suggest could reach the high court, and that they say could affect real estate deals across the state.

Attorneys for the tenants say the latest ruling might make it more difficult to bring claims of fraudulent inducement—a frequent point of contention in real estate spats.
