K&L Gates and Vinson & Elkins attorneys, arguing for intervenors Rio Bravo Pipeline Co. and Rio Grande LNG LLC failed to convince the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia that FERC had adequately reconsidered the projects.
