Investors swindled out of billions of dollars from the implosion of a prominent cryptocurrency platform have now set their sights on the National Basketball Association and an Am Law 200 firm to recoup their losses.
Adam Moscowitz and Joseph Kaye, partners at the Moskowitz Law Firm in Miami, are among the attorneys who represent the plaintiffs, investors in Voyager Digital Ltd., who sued the defendants, the NBA and the law firm McCarter & English, in the Southern District of Florida.
