The Florida governor’s election crimes and security task force can now prosecute a Miami man and likely others who faced charges of election fraud, following a Wednesday ruling by the state’s Third District Court of Appeal.
Robert Barrar, a Miami-based solo practitioner, represents the appellee, Ronald Lee Miller, in the high-profile case brought by the appellant, the State of Florida, that received several amici curiae briefs from prominent law firms and organizations, including Reed Smith, Quinn Emanuel, and the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund Inc.
