Victaulic Co. filed a lawsuit on Aug. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania alleging theft of trade secrets and unjust enrichment.
The suit, brought by Sidley Austin and Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Capelli & Tipton, accuses HiTHERM North America and other defendants of conspiring to misappropriate intellectual property and other assets. The suit further asserts that the defendant was sanctioned for discovery misconduct in connection with underlying litigation filed by the plaintiff.
