Coinbase has been hit with a fresh nationwide securities class action amid its ongoing litigation with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The proposed class action, filed by Rosen Law Firm on Wednesday in the Northern District of California, accuses the cryptocurrency exchange company of violating California and Florida securities law by selling unregistered digital asset securities on its platform and failing to register the company as a broker-dealer with the SEC and state regulators.
