CMS Luxembourg has hired a dispute resolution partner and senior associate from NautaDutilh, with two additional lawyers set to join the firm June 17.
Antoine Laniez joined NautaDutilh in 2014 and headed up the Benelux firm’s litigation and arbitration practice. He specializes in cross-border recognition and enforcement proceedings involving sovereign states, according to CMS.
